This is a Giclee reproduction print. This image came from the cover of a Peter Rabbit book. The artist is Frances Brundage. All giclee prints are printed with archival inks that manufacturers say will last for 200 plus years - they will not fade. We have printed these on heavy fine art papers. You can request a different size and we can easily comply and offer that size on a Buy It Now basis.

WHAT IS A GICLEE PRINT? Giclee is a French word meaning a spurt of liquid, in this case ink. It is inkjet technology, but not the same as your desktop injet printer for general use. Special high quality printers with 8 to 12 colors of archival inks. Fine art papers are used to make the high quality process complete. The giclee printing process gives better color accuracy than any other means of reproduction. Giclee prints can be found in museums, art and photographic galleries. It is the choice of many artists who reproduce their original works.

SHIPPING

WE COMBINE SHIPPING. Larger prints will be sent rolled in paper sleeve and then a plastic sleeve and sent in heavy duty First Class Mailing Tube to anywhere in the US, as this is the safest way. Smaller prints from about 11 x 16 inches and smaller will be sent in the flat state. Parcels are well protected and marked 'Do Not Bend'. Items are shipped in a very timely manner - asap......WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP FREE to greater Europe, Japan, Australia, but we will give a discounted rate. INTERNATIONAL shipping will be $5.50 for the larger prints, $4.50 for medium and $3.50 for the small.

OPTIONS

Is the print not exactly the size you wanted? We can do a custom sized print to meet your specifications. Let us know by email and we can create your new custom sized print and also create a 'Buy it Now' auction for your immediate purchase. We have been custom picture framers for 30+ years. Feel free to ask any framing questions.

We use fine art paper and archival inks that will not fade.
