This is a highly ornate 1891 Birmingham hallmarked sterling silver ( hallmarked as such, makers initials hard to read ) pedestaled cruet or salt that features ornate floral surface embossing with carved "ball" finial and layered pedestaled base, measures 8cm x 3cm x 3cm and is in good condition considering age with very minor shape loss and only modest wearing, lovely Victorian sterling cruet !
