Brand Name is "Forever 21".   Size L.  Brown colour.   It was purchased from USA Forever 21.  Lovely and Sexy Halter-Neck Top/blouse.  Made in U.S.A. 

 

There is a large seashell fastened at the halter neck string, measures 6 cm x 8 cm.  V-neckline at the back.  96% Viscose, 4% Spandex. 

 

Elasticated across the top with an inner elastiscated chest panel.  Hem ending is elasticated band.  

 

Condition is new, been tried on only.  Measurement before stretched:  Bust = 33 inches.  Length = 26.5 inches.
