The Belkin Auto Kit gives your iPod a boost, when listening through your car stereo! Not only does the Auto Kit include a charger that connects your iPod to your car's 12V socket, but it also includes an adjustable amplifier, so your music won't be held back by low levels on your car's aux-in jack, your FM transmitter or cassette adaptor or even by the output level of the iPod itself.

The unit features a user-replaceable safety fuse, to prevent damage from power surges or short circuits. There's even a handy Velcro cord-minder, to keep everything tidy. Let Belkin's Auto Kit take your iPod's output to a new level!

 

Setup Instructions

 

1. Turn down the volume on your car stereo.
2. Connect the Auto Kit between your iPod and the cigarette     lighter. The LED on the Auto Kit indicates proper connection. You may now turn on your iPod and begin use.
3. It is recommended that you use the Auto Kit with the engine running. Failure to do so may result in the discharging of your vehicle battery.
4. Connect your cassette adapter, FM transmitter, or any other audio equipment to the 3.5mm audio-out jack and listen to your iPod through your car stereo or portable stereo device.
5. Adjust the volume amplifier on the Auto Kit to the desired level.
