INDIVIDUAL KEY PARTS

We are selling new sets of parts for replacing individual keys of Apple MacBook Pro laptops (13'', 15'' and 17'') (we are not selling whole keyboards and we are not selling parts sets for an entire keyboard).
Each set of parts for 1 key position includes (example pictured at right): a key-cap; a scissor hinge mechanism;
You can also request the key's nipple-shaped rubber spring (at no extra cost).

W1 vs W2? For standard size hinges, type W2 hinges have holes (pointed to by red arrows close to hinge pivot points) which you can see through to what's underneath: Type W1 hinges do NOT have these holes. .

The model number is written on the backside of your laptop, close to the screen hinge (top) edge and the left. The keyboards we stock use the US/English format(layout).

We will refund the key part costs (NOT shipping costs) to paypal account holders only, IF the parts are returned in the condition we sent them. No refunds will be made if the key-cap surfaces are blemished in any way
or if any parts of the plastic moldings involved with key function are damaged. Further, we, irithm, have to be able to verify that we sold you key parts.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
