Return for Repair
- V2GO provides 90 days warranty from the original date of purchase.
- All items we sell are BRAND NEW unless indicated otherwise. In rare case that item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), please Email us within 30 days upon delivery. We will issue an RMA number for return and exchange the item for you
Return for Refund or Exchange
- We offer 14 days return policy from delivery in the following conditions.
- Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise.
- Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for any voltage converters with fuse protection that are being exchanged. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from WFPTech before returning any merchandise. Any merchandise returned without RMA number will not be accepted
- All returns must be brand new, factory sealed, unused, untouched and in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
- Returns must be received within 8 days of the RMA's issuance.
