This lot consists of the needlepoint for everyone by Mary Brooks Picken and Doris White. The book was published by Harper & Row, Publishers, New York in 1970, book club edition.  The authors give practical instructions on how to select and buy the supples you need, choose the design, measure and estimate yarn needs.  Then follows a section of needlepoint essentials-how to follow instructions, handling yarn, starting and ending a needleful of yarn, how to work the canvas, etc. The book is in very good condition. The dust cover is in fair condition with some rips. The book size is 7 ¾ by 10 ½ inches and contains 215 pages. Please check I have many books up for auction and in my store.
