Paypal is our preferred method of payment.  Please send all Paypal payments to kbello@comcast.net.  We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks for Continental US shipments.  We will ONLY accept Paypal for International Shipments.

We request payment within 2 days via Paypal and within 4 days via Money Order / Cashier's Check. If you will be paying by Money Order or Cashier's Check, please e-mail us to let us know when you will be placing it in the mail.  We will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert after 7 days.

Shipping Information
All items ship USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is done within 3 business days AFTER payment has been confirmed.
We ship to the address that is located in the Paypal transaction or the address listed on your money order.  It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the correct address is given.  If the address provided is incorrect, the buyer will be charged for the re-delivery fees.

We will ONLY accept Paypal payments for International Shipments. 


Return Policy
Bello Kids offers a 14 day exchange policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. We do not accept returns if you purchase the wrong size.  The returned items will be exchanged only if the following criteria are met:
1.) The item must be returned in all the original packaging with a copy of the packing slip.
2.) Replacement items will be exchanged within 14 days from the day Bello Kids shipped the original item(s).
3.) Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
There are no refunds. Exchanges only accepted within 14 days and according to guidelines listed above.
