If you are purchasing multiple items, we will be happy to combine shipping. Please wait for a consolidated invoice prior to paying for your purchases. All items must be paid for in one transaction to receive the reduced freight charges. Paypal is preferred and we request that payment be made within 2 days of purchase. If your payment will be delayed, please communicate with us to avoid receiving a non-paying bidder strike. Shipments within the state of Illinois are subject to a 7% state sales tax.

All items ship USPS Priority Mail which provides automated tracking information for the purchaser. Insurance is recommended, but is not required. Items will ship within 3 days of payment received and typically arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. USPS quotes an average of 6-10 days in-transit for International shipments.  We do not label packages as "gifts", so please do not ask. We only ship to the address received in the Paypal transaction and it is the purchaser's responsibility to update their shipping profile to reflect the correct address.

We highly recommend checking the size measurements posted in each of our auctions prior to purchasing as apparel sizing varies from brand to brand. If you purchased the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for you. However, Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Bellokids offers a 7-day return policy for mis-shipped or incorrectly described items. To return your purchase, please send back in the original packaging in new condition with all original tags on the garment.
