Cast from crushed marble mixed with resin and individually colored by hand,
Historical Pot Bellys™ is a collection of those who have shaped our existence,
each with a secret compartment for storing tiny treasures and little mementos.
The original models are hand carved at Martin Perry Studios in Gloucestershire, England.

“Health Maker” is a nurse box figurine dated 2001. She wears a uniform and a hilariously tiny cap.
Her buxom form and the expression on her face are marvelous. There is no interior carving.
“Health Maker” measures approximately 2-1/4 inches high by 1-3/4 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches thick.
Hallmarkes include ©, the Harmony Kingdom treble clef, the Millenium M, and R.
The bottom says Health Maker/© 2001/Made In China. An accompanying card contains Fun Facts about nurses.
“Health Maker” is retired, so she is no longer available through Harmony Ball.

Fun Facts
“The Nurse” was a heroine in Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet.
During wartime, nurses are often referred to as “Bedpan Commandos”.
In 1930, the first flight attendants had to weigh no more than 115 pounds, be nurses, and be unmarried.

As with all of our cottage-craft collectibles from the whimsical world of Harmony Ball,
the adorably detailed Box Figurine that you are bidding on here is brand new in its original container,
including all documentation, and has been kept in a smoke-free environment.
A mouse nibbled on the front right hand top edge of the box and a tiny bit on the right top edge
and also scratched the sticky label on the bottom, but “Health Maker” is pristine and untouched.
