Shipping Policy :
Item should be ships promptly from our any of our warehouses located worldwide, and transit time is normally 5-12 working days upon payment received. Please email me if the item takes more then the required time to arrive. Shipments may be delay due to slow postal service, weather, custom clearance and sorting.

To prevent transport damage, everything is professionally packed with care. We re-use packaging material where possible to save cost and help the environment. Please understand that most packaging material is not free - we have to account for this when quoting delivery charges.

The delivery charge covers packaging material, the actual transport cost and labour. Shipping Insurance is optional and can be taken up on request.

Damaged Parcels:
If a parcel arrives damaged in any way, please get in contact with us immediately. Please document the damage by taking a photo before opening the parcel and ideally get a statement in writing from the carrier confirming the fact that the parcel was damaged during transport. This is in your own interest when making a claim with the carrier. All damage claims must be initiated by the addressee with the carrier - we will gladly assist you with it.

Lost Parcels:
If your parcel fails to turn up after a reasonable amount of time (delivery time estimates are given once the parcel was dispatched), please get in contact with us. We will then lodge an investigation with the carrier. In most cases, parcels are simply delayed. If the investigation turns out that the parcel was indeed lost, you will receive a full refund.

Please keep in mind that delivery to rural areas usually takes longer. Generally many parcels are delayed over the Christmas period.

Customs
Parcels may be inspected by customs once they arrive at the destination country. Whether a parcel will be inspected or not (and possibly incur import taxes) is entirely out of our control. Please check the customs web page of your country to determine if import taxes apply.

Payment Policy:

Once the auction ends, you have a maximum of five days to finalize payment. Currently we offer following payment options:

Electronic Deposit (preferred). It is fast and free of charge.

Bank / Personal Cheque - A cheque takes several days to clear once it has arrived via letter. Do not use cheque's if you need the item urgently.

All items are sent once payment has cleared.

Warranty Policy:

All new products come with (return to base) manufacturer warranty. Some with the statutory 12 months, other products with extended warranty periods. Please find this information listed in the item description above. This warranty will be explicitly stated in the item description above as well. All products are in guaranteed working condition on arrival unless declared 'as is' or 'untested' in the item description. If an item arrives damaged please get in contact with us immediately. If the parcel arrives damaged in any way, please get a written & signed note from the carrier and contact us.

Depending on the warranty provided, the product will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Products covered by our warranty will either be replaced or the purchase price refunded at our discretion. If an item is returned and appears working upon testing we will send it back to you - charging you for return delivery and testing! All items must be returned safely packed and insured to cover transport damage.

Warranty Exclusions
please understand that we cannot guarantee compatibility with your system. The warranty furthermore excludes damage caused by improper use (eg over clocking), modification of the hardware, accident and acts of god.

Return Policy
If your product is covered by a warranty and you have made the claim before the end of the warranty period, you need to return the item at your cost together with a copy of the original invoice. Please ensure that the item is packed appropriately (anti static bag, bubble wrap, etc) and that the parcel insured if necessary. We will either test the item in house or return it to the supplier. In case of a item malfunction, a replacement will be sent at our cost or a refund is made if no replacement is available. A US$30 testing fee and return postage to the customer will be charged if the returned item is found working.

We accept product returns, no questions asked!

    * 20% restocking fee applies for new, unopened, shrink-wrapped products which are returned within 10 days of purchase counting from the moment of buying / winning.
    * 30% restocking fee applies for new or opened products which are returned within 20 days of purchase counting from the moment of buying / winning.

No returns are accepted after this 20 day period. Return only in working condition including all accessories without any signs of use. Returns must be safely packed and sent via Registered Post at the buyers’ expense. Delivery charges are generally not refundable.
