We ship via UPS exclusively at the Buyer's expense and offer a wide array of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping charge is based on the shipping service you select, the destination of your shipment, and the item(s) you purchased.  UPS requires a physical address to deliver your order and cannot deliver to a PO Box, or an APO/FPO address.  Below is a description of each service.

If your payment clears before 4PM ET, then your order will ship from our West Coast warehouse the same day.  Shipping days do NOT include weekends or holidays. The map below illustrates the approximate number of business days for your order to arrive.

We require payment within 7 calendar days. After 7 days we will void the sale, re-sell the item, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely!

International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. Please do not process your payment multiple times in effort to get your payment through!

We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $15 or 10% (which ever is greater). We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization.
Email us for an RA Number before returning an item.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.

SALES TAX ... We have offices located in both Massachusetts & California and by State law are required to collect the following tax:

• 6.25% sales tax to shipments destined to Massachusetts
• 8.75% sales tax to shipments destined to California

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES ... International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the Buyer and are collected at the time of delivery.

Your charge from GolfEtail includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
