Shipping
- We offer a standard international postal rate sent by either via DHL or
Fedex for small parcels.
- For bulky items, these will be sent by courier service so
you can be assured that items won will reach you safely.
- Kindly advise if you need to receive the item won urgently, and we will
advise any additional courier service charges accordingly.
- Note international standard rate delivery may take between 15 - 25 days,
while courier service may take between 2-5 days.
- Unless we have been advise to send to a different address, the item won
will be sent, by default, to the name and address registered with PayPal.
- Upon funds receipt, we will ship out the item within the business day or within the next
business day.
- NOTE: There will be no delivery on weekends or public holidays.
- Winning buyer will have to bear any extra cost/charge from the customs
fee/tax that may be incurred.

Return Policy
- ebiz121 has a strict
no-returns policy regarding unwanted items.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 7 days of the item being sent out.
- Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage
(initial or return) will only be considered if the item was sent via
registered post.
- Note that buyer must return any faulty item in its original packaging, and
buyer will also bear the cost of return shipping charges.
