Recently my spotless feedback score took a hit. An item was damaged in shipping. The Buyer was new to Ebay and left feedback before informing me of the damage. In the end the customer was very pleased with my customer service and tried to change the "negative" to "positive", but Ebay's system wouldn't let her change it.
