As of 10/09 Ebay is changing their rules about Shipping insurance. Sellers will not be allowed to offer insurance separately. We are now starting to wrap the insurance into our shipping rates now so we can begin to prepare our listings for when this takes effect. I apologize for the extra shipping rates but Ebay feels the need to make this change in rules.
