We ship via FedX Ground and USPS. Invoices will show a price for each and the buyer chooses which one they want. FedX allows for tracking the package and includes insurance. USPS will have an insurance option. Should you choose FedX, you will need to provide a phone number for FedX. If you are bidding on more than one item, email and let us know and we will weigh the items and send you a quote with combined shipping.

We deal in quite a few items that are purchased second-hand. They are stored and processed in a smoke-free home and when something smells of smoke when we get it, we try to air it out as much as possible. We will state in our listings if something did not come from a smoke-free home and might smell of smoke so that if you have allergies, you will know. Some items will be damaged when we get them but we try to highlight all damages in our descriptions and pictures so you know what you are getting. However, this does not mean that we don't take returns. If the item shows up with damages that don't match the description, we do our best to stand behind the sale. All you have to do is notify us. If you just changed your mind about the purchase, we will still refund the purchase price but shipping will be on you. We do ask that you leave feedback. We work hard to provide excellent customer service and feedback is an important tool in building our business. Please, before you leave negative feedback, let us know what your grievances are so we can have a chance to rectify them.
