UP FOR AUCTION IS A  MARX METAL CARRY HOUSE WITH ORIGINAL FURNITURE AND FATHER. ALL ,INCLUDING HOUSE , ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE LITHOS ARE VERY BRIGHT AND VIVID. HAS 2 SMALL RUST SPOTS ON BOTTOM FLOOR. HAS CHIMNEY, WINDOWS, AND DOOR. THERE ARE 18 PIECES OF SMALL FURNITURE, SOME MARX, SOME NOT, MOST IS UNMARKED. THE BEDS NEED NEW COVERS. IT IS APPROX. 12" WIDE,AND 11" TALL. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. NO RESERVE I will mail USPS shipping, and a small .50 fee for packing materials. Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. Box. The price you see on my auction is the price of mailing, and the price of packing materials. I will never overcharge on shipping prices. Buyer must pay within 7 days. I am not responsible for lost items in customs, on any auctions bought out of the United States. If you have any questions I'll answer them the best I can.
