Payment Instructions

We prefer PayPal as it is the fastest and simplest method of payment. However, if you prefer not to use PayPal, we will accept personal checks, US Postal money orders, or Master Card / Visa. Payment must be received in full before we will ship an order. Please keep in mind that if you use an e-check with Pay Pal, the check must still clear before we will ship. The fastest method of payment with Pay Pal is the instant payment.

Shipping

• We make every effort to ship within three business days of receipt of payment for domestic orders. 
• We will notify you if there is a delay as well as when we ship.
• We combine shipping on multiple orders.
• We are willing to use any method you prefer among common carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.
• Will ship internationally as well as to military bases.
• Electronic delivery confirmation included on all domestic orders paid via Pay Pal
• Free domestic shipping (Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders of $100.00 or more. (Excluding Anatex products) Free shipping will be the carrier of our choice. You may waive the free shipping if you need your order expedited.

Insurance

Insurance is always optional at buyer's expense for domestic orders. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we cannot cover the cost of merchandise lost or damaged in shipping. Insurance is also available on international orders, however, it is usually not cost-effective. If you wish to purchase insurance for an order outside the U.S., please contact us and we will get an exact price and send you an invoice. The shipping calculator on e-Bay does not properly calculate what international insurance is as each country has different requirements. If you use it, we will contact you and either refund the payment or give you the option of paying the proper amount in full.
