And if that we were to use of local courier, it will be hand carry by dispatches personnel thus additional outer packing is not required. You will need to sign off both services and shipping charges will be referred as to our Shipping Table below. We do not cover packages being damaged during the transits as the third parties vendors do not offer insurance coverage. Shipping damages can happen to anyone and including us for our own purchases. Payment terms for use of third parties services will be via Bank Transfer and we can accept transfers from POSB/DBS, OCBC, Standard Chartered & CitiBank.

We would like to emphasize that it is the responsibility of the buyer to collect from the seller if he or she wish to be exempted for Shipping and Handling charges. We had always arranged both time and location for both parties’ conveniences and without charging any shipping or delivery charges to the buyer. But sometimes we are not able to combine all items in a single package due to the different packing requirements for each item(s), the combine shipping cost will be different from our shipping table. Some item can only ship by “itself” or combined with similar sized items. For instance, a Small Used Lego set (with/without box) cannot be combined shipping with a Big MISB Lego Set. It will not be sensible for us to pack everything together and protecting both items condition without having more then require packing material. It will just weight more which will incur more cost to both of us. It will be cheaper too to send these items in two articles and we will subsidies SGD$ 5.00 for the “combine” shipping charges.

Article(s) will be shipped via economy airmail (not applicable to local destinations) with registered tracking number and without insurance. Please free feel to contact us if you require insurance or Express Shipping Service. We can only offer lower shipping cost if that you do not mind taking the risk of non-registered article and/or potential shipping damages by just wrapping in brown paper and/or sea freighting/surface mailing the items (some destinations do not have sea freighting/surface mailing service) that takes about 6-8 weeks or even more. We do not guarantee the safety, conditions and the time require for such shipping methods.

Payment Related Matters.

Payment is due within 7 days after auction(s) end and kindly expedite the payment within the period. We can allow you to have more time to raise the funds required but please contact us in advance whether we may accept your proposals to us. If that item(s) received not the same condition, we will revalue it and refund maximum at 70% for the item(s) based on our revaluations. Shipping costs are not refundable and if that we have not charged in the first place, an additional handling of SGD$ 10.00 per item are require for our processing and handling fee. You must contact us within Three (03) days from the time that you had received our item(s) for to be eligible for our Refunds Policies. Refund Policies are not valid for those who had rated us non-positive feedback(s) without contacting us prior to request.
