PURCHASE TERMS:

·         All payments must be received within 7 days of auction close or a non payment strike will be filed for the transaction in question.

·         We do not entertain cancelling your bids or voiding the auction in any circumstances. All cancellation of bids before end of auction will have to be initiated on your end.

·         We strictly DO NOT send any CDs or DVDs in "Stripped" condition (without casings). So kindly do not email us requesting for shipping merchandise without casings and lower Shipping & Handling charges.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

·         All our items sold on eBay are held in-stock and will be processed within 2 – 4 working days upon receiving your order and payment.

CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE:

·         All merchandise sold is guaranteed brand new and direct from our suppliers, unless otherwise stated.
Please note: Brand new import CDs and DVDs sold do not always come in shrink wrapped or factory sealed condition from our suppliers (due to the environmental awareness and concern of plastic wastage). All items are presumed brand new unless they have significant defects. REFUNDs or EXCHANGESs will NOT be granted for merchandise simply on the basis of NON shrink wrapped or factory sealed condition.

RETURNS POLICY:

·         We believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and therefore we have a "Total Satisfaction" guarantee.

·         Please kindly contact us first if you have any issue or concerns with the merchandise received before leaving negative feedback. It is our promise to all customers that we will promptly resolve any merchandise concerns.

·         You may return any damaged or defective item within 7 days of item receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. No items will be accepted after this time.

·         Return shipping charges as well as original shipping and handling (S&H) charges will NOT be reimbursed.

·         Refund will be issued by the original method of payment. No exchanges or store credits will be given. Refunds will only be issued after our receipt of items returned.
