Holidays result in shipment on the next business day.

We offer USPS and UPS for shipping so you may decide which is best for you. Please use the shipping calculator to find the cost of your shipment, insurance is optional for most items. If you wish a different form of shipment please contact us.

International buyers please contact us for shipping costs, insurance is required for international shipments. Customs requires an address and phone number for all shipments. Please email bitparts@comcast.net with the required information for all interntaional shipments.

If you find it necessary to return an item please contact us before returning, within 3 days of receipt. If we are not able to correct the problem we do offer refunds of purchase price only.

Bit Parts sells customized and modified Lego sets created with new Legos unless the listing states "new and used components". There are no instructions or box as these are original creations. The piece lots will be described as to contents. We also sell Lego brand items that may or may not contain actual Lego pieces.
