We want happy buyers so measure a coat you presently wear to see the size. Lay items flat and measure straight across eg. coats from one armpit to the other on the outside. You should always buy larger when purchasing real fur. You must pay special attention to your shoulder and arm length, even if chest size fits, as many times an item may have been altered. To remove any wrinkles from leather, tumble in your dryer 10 minutes and put garment on.

Shipping to Canada and the United States is $14.00, all other international would be $35.00 or more depending on country. We only ship air and express air. Shipping prices are not negotiable. In Canada and United States, not including Hawaii and Alaska, when buying 2 items, generally the shipping for the 2nd item will only be $5.00 and sometimes even nothing, great savings. Vintage coats are just that 20-50 years of age that have been in storage, therefore you may detect a smell but we cannot, and we do not know the history unless it is noted in the auction. We generally ship on Tuesdays but honor any requests for rushes to the best of our ability. We do do combined shipping so that if you purchase more than one item, shipping is combined, and much cheaper.
Delivery We generally ship Tuesdays of every week, allowing 2 days after payment has been received to ensure it is accurate with correct information. If Paypal payments are made on large ticket items over $150.00, we ship within 24-48 hours. Items are shipped promptly but we are not responsible for customs delays, weather delays or general postal delays.
Refunds & Returns All sales are final, except where we have made an a serious error in listing, and we only accept items back upon approval. We will request any returns authorized by us to be sent back via our explicit instructions for return. We will not accept any returns otherwise as this could result in very high customs charges for us. We post measurements and accurate descriptions accompanied with good photos. You have the option of asking any questions of uncertainty. We also only post feedback upon receipt of same, as we consider a transaction complete at that point.
