This means that if you buy an item and do not pay for it because you have "changed your mind" or "accidently bought the item" ect., we will still expect payment in full. We can under the law, Paypal gudelines and ebay rules require full payment from you. IF YOU ARE A NON PAYING BIDDER/BUYER, we will expect you to politely email us and explain why you cannot buy the item. IF we feel you have a valid excuse, we will still have ebay issue you a strike against your account so be prepared for that. When strikes are issued, they can result in your being prohibited from buying or selling on ebay. IF we feel your excuse is not valid, we will expect payment in full and, In additon to having a strike filed against your account and we will file a non payment action against you with paypal for the full amount. paypal is authorized to freeze the money in your account and transfer payment from your account to ours. Also Ebay both supports and encourages sellers to contact the police in such an instance. This is a serious matter. So make sure you intend to pay before you buy. We are kind and understanding people who have been forced to do this because of lost money, time and merchandise. I hope you can appreciate our position on this matter. A NOTE TO BUYERS WITH LESS THAN 100 FEEDBACKS: I think this is so silly to have to add, but many sellers won't even sell to people with less than 100 feedbacks. This is because many times they do not understand some aspects of ebay, which makes it hard on them and the seller. We have had our fair share so just in case, and please forgive me for sounding like a teacher, its just for everyone's benefit, Here are some facts/rules on ebay many newcommers don't know: 1.Please read the above paragraph to non paying bidders. Ebay is an International selling place for all types of sellers icluding whole sellers, retailers, people who are practically giving things away, and people who sell snowballs for $10,000. It is not just the "garage sale" of the internet. You can find really fine quality goods on ebay as well as the odd unusual item like an air guitar which turns out to be an empty case. There are actual retail and upscale stores on ebay. Some items may even cost more than you could find them elsewhere especially from retailers and some items will be much less and it is ALL alowed on eBay. 3. This being the case ebay doesn't put up with ebayers sending each other rude emails acting as "eBay Police". Obviously if someone is breaking the law, they should be turned in to Ebay Trust and Safety, but malicious email isn't just discouraged, it can lead to suspention of the sender's account!! It happens everyday on eBay. I just want you to know all of this so you can be an informed buyer. So please read the listings carefully not just the discription. And Please don't just go by the picture because there may be some extra stuff in the photo not for sale. Be carefull with the emails you send to a seller. You will get in trouble if they are not professional. And check the shipping before you buy. I have bought items for under $2 and had someone charge me $15 ro ship, so beware!! 4. Our main concerns at Piawakiet are buyers who don't pay, buyers who send emails wanting to haggle or argue over prices even after they buy, buyers who do not read discriptions or even Titles of listings and those who think if its in the picture, they should get it. Even if your title expressly says Pick One. But for the most part we get really nice emails. We get some incredibly nice feedback. And I think that's the best thing you can go by with a seller. Look at the feedback. Allow for a few irate ones because we can't please everyone and take into account the feedback overall. We have great feedback. I care about you and I want you to keep comming back to ebay for many years to come. And I care about me and I want everything to go smoothly.
