If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for whatever reasons, you may return it within 7 working days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Below are the Term and Conditions:

• Returned item  must be in its original condition.

Shipping Cost

The item will be ship out from Singapore via Normal Airmail (without tracking number) within 1 - 2 working days according to your shipping address at Paypal after the payment is cleared. Normally it will take 9 - 17 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday) to reach most of the country if there is no delay in custom clearance. 

For shipment to France, Italy, USA, Canada and Spain, the delivery time might be longer due to the strict custom clearance in these few countries which is beyond our control. Thus, to avoid any disappointment, please do not bid on our items if you are not comfortable with it. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above delivery time.

The Postal insurance is OPTIONAL and it cost about £0.99 / EURO1.40 / USD1.90 / AUD2.30 / SGD2.50. With this insurance purchased, the item will be ship out through Registered Air Mail (with tracking number) and tracking number will be provided if requested. In addition, this insurance is also used to cover any item lost and damaged during shipping. In any cases of  item lost or damaged, we must get the proof of documents in order to confirm that the item is lost or damaged, and therefore, to enable us to proceed with the insurance claim for buyers. (Note: If customer chooses not to buy this insurance, then the delivery company and our company will not be responsible if the item is lost or damaged during shipping.)

(Note:  We will declare all the shipped items as a "Gift" or "Sample" on the shipping document.  Thus, there will be No VAT or Custom Tax.)

A: The item will be posted out from South East Asia, Singapore. Normally it will take 9-17 working days to reach (excluding weekends and holidays) if there is no delay in custom clearance.

Q: Will there be any warranty on the products?

A: We offer 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for whatever reasons, you may return it within 7 working days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please kindly contact us first prior to any return.  

Q: Do you combine shipment for multiple purchases? Am I required to pay the shipping cost for each additional purchase?

A: We do accept combine shipment for multiple purchases. Please wait until all of the auctions have ended and then email us. We will then send you a combined ebay invoice. If the items are purchased from different shipping profiles, we will then calculate the shipping costs and process the first item with the higher shipping fee. If applicable, all additional items will be processed at their discounted shipping rate automatically.

The insurance is compulsory for multiple order, but you are only required to pay one time to cover any postal loss of ALL the accessories purchased. Combined shipping is limited only to the same day purchases and only to the auctions listed under this ebay seller account : laurayang1978.

Q: If item is lost during the shipment, will I get a new replacement?

A: If you opt for the insurance option during the payment, then we will definitely resend a new replacement once the post office has confirmed that the item is lost. However, if you DID NOT opt for the insurance option, then unfortunately the shipping company and our company will not be responsible if item is lost. Thus, the buyer should fully aware of the risk of not including the insurance and should bear the full responsibility if the item is lost. 

Q: If the parcel is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address or some other reasons, will I need to pay the postage again for resending the item? 

A: Yes. The buyer will have to pay the £2.0 postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address is updated with Paypal.

Q: Do I need to pay for custom tax / VAT?

A: For accessories or other lower value items, there will be no custom tax / VAT. Normally, we will declare the item as a 'Gift' with low value. 

Q: Why did I not hear from you after sending the payment?

A: Normally, after receiving the payment from you, we will instantly send you a payment received email. Once the item posted out, we will also send you another dispatched email. Thus, by right, you should receive at least 2 emails from us for the whole transaction. If you did not receive any email from us, then most likely our emails were filtered out by your Spam software. Thus, please kindly check your "Spam" folder instead. If not, you may contact us again via ebay systems.

Q: Can I cancel my bidding if realized that I had bid a wrong item?

A: Yes. You can cancel the transaction, but you are required to pay the fee that involved on this transaction.
