I am cleaning out my sewing room and came across this item.  It is slightly used.  PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT HAVE THE BOX ANYMORE.

I have the manual and the Card Readerbox with the cord attached..    I remember using this maybe twice, and then went to software instead.  But for those who do not have software this is a great option for them.  I also will be listing a bunch of cards in the next few days.  This is for people who had Sew designs on cards and then upgraded to the 10000, 10001 and the 9500.

 

Its a great way to be able to use all of those cards in the newer machines.  Retail on this item was 199.99

 

This device allows you to bring designs from the most recent Memory Cards into your Memory Craft 10001, 10000, and 9500. With this box you can use all three-digit Memory Cards (i.e., #110 or #123) except for the Monogram cards: #101, #102, and #117. The Card Reader 10000 attaches to the serial port on your Memory Craft.

A: yes this is the box for need with the 10001, and no it only allows you the use of the janome cards
