2.       Goods sold are non refundable or exchangeable because we mainly sell cosmetics and these are personal item. In order to ensure the items are all brand new and unused and hygenic purposes.

3.       Seller is not responsible for any lost mails. Please opt for registered mail at additional costs if possible.
