What do you buy?
FDC with one stamp with a nominal value of 1,500 Rupiah. This FDC is issued to commemorate the eruption of the Mount Merapi volcano in Central Java 1,000 years ago. This eruption caused the end of kingdoms and buried temples under a thick layer of ash for hundreds of years. This FDC features a 'prisma'-stamp in pink with an image of 'Mbah Marijan', the keeper of the key to the Merapi Volcano, as many here believe. Picture below is an example only. Each FDC has it´s own unique serial number printed at the back.
