Our items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.

We are happy to refund unwanted items within 14 days of purchase, please note the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt you must return the item by a “Signed For” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

We accept payment by PayPal and UK Postal Orders. We do not accept payment by personal or business cheque.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address.  It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. If your purchase is required urgently please select the "Next Day" service

Free UK Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class – normally 1 - 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

Next Day UK Delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery – normally 1 working day, but not guaranteed.

Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Q: Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers not working?

A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed for service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. We have no control over this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address as you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt.
