The screen shot below shows your entire database, including the total value. You can sort your entire database in various ways and print a complete inventory list report or full information on the highlighted record report from this screen. You will also note that a picture or receipt is on file for the highlighted record at the bottom of this screen.

The screen shot below shows the Change Inventory Record screen that allows you to enter up to nine tabs of information on any one item of your inventory, including heir designation, pictures, receipts, warranties, appraisal information and user defined fields customized to your own needs. You can also track an item that has been borrowed from this screen.

The screen shot below shows the picture that has been inserted for this particular inventory item. You can attach pictures, receipts and warranties to any or all items in your inventory. This will enhance your reporting to your insurance company.

The screen shot below shows the Home Inventory Main Menu screen that allows you to select a specific category or location to work with in, or the entire database. Other HMS Libraries (sold separately) are also available through this menu. You will also be able to print blank data forms from this screen that allows you to go through your home or business and write down your entire inventory for input.
