A brand new Guess turquoise halter neck mini dress, size for typical M size lady, though tag showing S size.  Lay flat, waist = 13" and Length from top waist band down = 15".  Bare back.  Fabric 95% rayon 5% spandex, feel like soft cotton.  Brought for $135.90, condtion is perfect, as I hand wash all my clothing.  You can wear it with a black bra tube.  Flirty mini dress great for evening wear with high heels.  Meetup at CCK MRT, or mail out.
