I've had this for years, and the paper backing is already off-white (see picture) but everything else is in good condition.

The backing can easily be replaced by another board.

Cash on Delivery or through POSB Nets transfer First.

You can choose to pick it up from my house (East) OR opt for it to be delivered to you (SGD $30)
