Return Policy:

The seller will provide a full refund, if the item is not as described. However, the buyer must produce the prove dispute for verification by the seller before any refund will be effected.

The seller will take all precaution possible for a smooth and safe delivery to the buyer. It’s a promise to the customer. However, if item is damaged upon receipt, please claimed the from the courier company, no refund will be entertained on the sellers part. Buyers whom wish to insure the item must contact the seller for delivery insurance to be quoted with some additional cost.

Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of item if you intend to claim for a refund. The buyer shall be fully responsible for shipping the item back to the seller before a refund will be affected. The shipping cost is not  refundable.  

The seller wish to ensure all buyers that customer satisfactory is his important part in business. He will strive to provide the best product and services to the buyers. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Buyer will receive item as shown in the picture.

Shipping:

1.     International shipping cost will be quoted to the buyer separately upon request by the buyer.

2.     Item will be shipped from Singapore by registered airmail or courier services whichever applies.

3.     Item will be shipped on the next business day after payment has been made by the buyer and received by the seller.

Payment:

• For International buyers, we prefer to accept payment by PayPal.

• For Singapore buyer, you may also use POSB fund transfer or cash deposit into our POSB account. Account number will be provided via direct e-mail to the buyer via e-bay mail only. For all credit card payments, please pay via PayPal.
