 This is the stunning 2004 Swarovski Heart Ornament (Swarovski Item # 629510). The Heart Ornament features an amazing 56 facets in clear crystal with a Light Siam crystal heart in 38 facets, forming the center. Designed by Elke Kumar. It is marked with the Swarovski logo as well as its year of issue - 2004 and comes in the original box, outer box and with certificate. This piece was introduced in 2004 and then retired 2004, so it is no lomger available to buy. This piece is in prefect condition as it has never been out of its box, it is like brand new.
