胡求，原名胡新村，号东坡山人，江西鄱阳人。“聚贤瓷庄”创始人，陶瓷艺术家，系景德镇陶瓷协会会员、景德镇美术家协会会员、景德镇瓷都画院秘书长、江西省工艺美术家协会会员、景德镇青年美术家协会会员。现任“聚贤瓷庄”艺术创作总监。因受其祖父、父亲影响，自幼爱好中国传统书画艺术，聚志士仁人，广交益友良师，吸引了众多著名书画名家参与创作，亲临指导。
    其作品风格热情豪放，存古立新，很具时代特色，令人耳目一新，表达了作者对生活的热情，对艺术的追求，对人生的思索。个人艺术传略编入《景德镇陶瓷艺术家辞典》、《陶瓷与收藏》、《瓷都风情》、《景德镇陶瓷百期珍藏版》、《景德镇青年陶艺家作品集》、《投资景德镇》、《景德镇邮政大黄页》、《景德镇中青年瓷苑精英》、《景德镇信息》特刊版。山东电视台、福建电视台、广西电视台等多家媒体都曾对其做过报道，首届中国收藏家喜爱的陶瓷艺术大师和精英（作品）评选活动中当选精英奖。作品多次参加国际艺术博览会，在第八届中国工艺美术大师精品博览会上荣获“创新金奖”。第二届中国收藏家喜爱的陶瓷艺术大师和精英评选活动中授予2007年度中国收藏家喜爱的陶瓷艺术大师称号，作品亦获金奖。作品综合装饰《闹秋》获2008年江西省工艺美术大奖赛银奖；《荷塘情趣》获2008年全国“金凤凰”创新作品设计大奖赛铜奖。
