Very well kept and clean HDB unit in an all-adult environment. Newly renovated in November 2008. Full of privacy, no pets and with absolutely freedom to do your own thing.

About me: more like your friend than being the owner (chinese lady in mid 30s) ... having been around a few places ... I do respect privacy!!

5-7mins walk to Yishun MRT. Amenities, 24Hrs Supermarket round the corner, a handful of coffee shops nearby or just minutes walk away.

Northpoint Shopping mall located opposite the mrt. Major banks (POSB,OCBC, UOB, MayBank) are located nearby, so is the post office.
Public swimming pool is 10mins away, flat facing park with jogging tracks.

Room can accommodate the 3rd person with a good single size (thick) mattress on the floor
