This lot consists of the softbound Encyclopedia of home designs, 450 house plans book. The book was published by Home Planners, Inc. in 1987.  The book has many older house drawings and interior floor plans of new homes before the age of McMansions. The book is in very good condition. The book size is 8 ¼ by 11 inches and contains 320 pages. Please check I have many books up for auction and in my store. I will pack them in same box to save on shipping.
