• All items are on fixed price. No barganing allowed.
• Buyer must response & make payment within 3 days after Seller's contacts.
• Item will be resubmitted if the buyer fail to honour or respond to email 3 days after contact.
• Strictly no meet-up unless auction for large or bulky (within Singapore only and at seller's convenient for meet up).
• For cash on delivery, buyer is to check item during transaction and strictly no refund after transaction.
• Fussy, bargains, fraud and dead bidders/buyers will not be entertained.

• Buyer is to pay for postage.
• Item will be sent via Singpost only.
• Item will only be sent after payment is received.
• Seller recommends registered postage (additional $2.24 applies). Seller not responsible for any loss/damage during mailing.
• Seller do not send to places such as Nigeria and South Africa.

• For items less than 20 grams, SGD1 flat postage fees applies. Total cost = cost of item + $1.
• For items above 20 grams, flat postage fees does not applies. Total cost = cost of item + weight and size of item after packaging.
• Note: Fragile item will cost more.
• "Flat - Same cost to all buyer" applies only to postage within Singapore.
• Local payment via POSB Saving account only.

• The cost of ovesea postage would be calculated base on individual cases. "Flat - Same cost to all buyer" shall NOT apply.
