Our return policy is as follows: Sell It Now must be notified by phone within 3 days of receiving your item that there is a problem with the item and a return may be in order. Since we are a consignment store and we need to pay our consignors out in a timely manner, all sales are final after 3 day of receiving your shipment if no contact is made. So please check your package immediately and contact us if there are any problems. A full refund with shipping will be given to inaccurate described items. For all other returns, only the sale price of the item will be refunded. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer.

No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. Unless item is being sold as a Buy It Now.

What will my shipping and handling fees be?
Shipping and handling costs for your item is determined by weight, size and distance for each item. Special packing materials and boxes are also taken into consideration for the costs as well. Do you combine shipping?
Yes, typically it is the highest shipping then 50% off the following auctions. If multiple items cannot be shipped together, we are unable to offer a combined shipping discount.
