Multiple purchases can be combined, paying the appropriate rate per weight.  Handling is $1.25 each for the first two items, then $.25 to a maximum of $3.  Insurance is added to each listing and excess due to combined purchases is promptly refunded.  Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
