You will be given a Merchandise credit to purchase any item listed on Ebay or in My Cuties (Retail Shop).
However when using merchandising credit on items that requires shipping, the shipping charges will need to be paid before orders will be process.
If total cost is fully covered by the credit, no further charges will need to be paid.
Partial payment of goods exceeding the merchandise credit is allowed but no refunds for items which amount is under the credit.
Merchandise credit is non transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.
Please note: Only items that are insured and arrived damaged will be given a full money refund. |
