The LED light up when there is a IRDY signal.

BIOS

Base input/output signals

As long as the CPU is reading to BIOS when the board is on powered, the LED light up.

FRAME

Frame periods

 

It is cycle frame signal of PCI slot. The LED should be on, As long as the Power is on after you plug the card in the PCI slot on the mainboard. The LED light up when the FRAME signal is present. If there is no FRAME signal. This LED will not light up.

OSC

Oscillation signal

For oscillation signal of ISA slot. The LED should be on as long as the Power is supplied after you plug in the card into the ISA slot on the main board. If not, the crystal oscillation circuit not mainboard is not working.

CLK

Bus clock

As long as the main board is power on after you plug in the card into either PCI slot or ISA slot, the LED is on to determine bus clock signal is present.

RESET

Resetting signal

The LED will light up for half a second if you press the power switch or the reset switch. If it is on all the time, either fault lies in shorted reset switch or reset circuit on mainboard is faulty.

12V

LED must be on to determine 12V is present from power supply to mainboard.
