Ans : We do not offer collection. We are only office based and our
warehouse operates from different place.

Q: What happens if I have received a wrong item then what was
purchased ?
Ans : Please be assured that we do not want this to happen as it
costs us money and time and it upsets our customers. Maximum

send the item back to us : we will be able to issue refund of return
postage cost if there is an error by our warehouse and send the
correct item. Unfotunately due to nature of business , we are not able to arrange collection
but assure you a refund of return postage.

Q. What if my item hasn't arrived when I expected it to - ?
We send our items via Royal Mail Packet Post from the UK.
Royal Mail state that 90% of their mail arrives the next day or two, but if yours doesn't they have the following advice:
Is it less than 4 working days since your mail should have arrived?
If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.
Is it 4 to 10 days since your mail should have been delivered?
If so, your mail is officially delayed and you should check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
Have 14 days past since you item was posted to you?
The Royal Mail will now class your item as lost and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Please send us an email stating and confirming that you have never received the item as we will pursue the issue with the Royal Mail for compensation and your letter will be used as evidence. We cannot refund or replace items that the Royal Mail has lost until 14 days have passed.

From our past experience we have noticed that ROYAL MAIL – very
rarely but sometimes takes up to 10 working days if any envelop is
mis-routed or something has gone wrong. Please be assured and
patience : YOUR MONEY IS SAFE WITH US IF ITEM IS NOT
DELIVERED. We will arrange replacement or refund.
According to royal mail : They require 15 working days to confirm
ITEM LOST. Please speak to royal mail if you have any queries.

Normally next day after shipment , very rare but in some cases it takes more than 1 day for any unusual happening

mentioned on listings. Specially for “ AUCTIONS “ – all auctions are
individual and no postal compensation will be offered to customers

Q: What happens if an ITEM is returned back via ROYAL MAIL OR
COURIER ?
Ans : If an item is returned back to us via royal mail : we will charge
a small admin fee of £2.00gbp to send the item again. If its returned
to us via courier after 2 attempts (we will check this to make sure :
so you don’t loose out) then we will charge £12.00 gbp to ship the

Q: What happens if someone else have signed my parcel ?
Ans: If someone has signed your parcel at you own address without
your “AWARENESS” then you need to report to police but if its
signed at different address , please email us atand we will be able to advise you.
Q: What if I want to change my Delivery Address ?
Ans : Due to insurance purpose we ship the items to address
mentioned on paypal payment page. Its better to ask before making a purchase or bidding on an item.
But if you have a good feedback
rating and want to arrange different delivery address then please
email us before items are shipped – or write on paypal payment page
“NOTE” when you are making a payment.
Change of delivery address is not possible after items has been
shipped.
Q: What happens for items which require signed for delivery ?
Ans : When signature is required on delivery , someone has to be at
the delivery address. We will not be help responsible for any returns.
