Description
Dell Poweredge 2850 Server
The
PowerEdge 2850 is a general purpose 2U rack-dense server designed to
support a wide range of applications. Such applications include:
database applications, edge of network and internet infrastructure
applications (web servers, firewall, workload balancing, domain
controllers, Domain Name System (DNS) servers, Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol (DHCP) servers), messaging and file/print
applications, Additionally, it is an excellent platform for thin
client/server based computing and SAN computer node.
These
servers were recently removed from a professional data center
environment. They were built and shipped NEW from Dell in early to
mid-2006 and were only owned and operated by one organization.
They are in excellent physical condition and have been tested and
certified to be in good working order.
