Shipping and Handing:

Warranty Policy

• in case the item lost during delivery, will resend a new item within 1 week. 
• Refund of money, in case the item different as description given.
• All of items can be returned with any defective within warranty date, replacement will be shipped out within one week after receive the defective product.
• Item that are sold are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.
• Exchange is allow if you purchased the wrong item. However, all postage occur will bear by buyer.
• Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
