Decorative Center Cloth or Small Tablecloth 24 x 28

Sorry - it was extremely difficult to get a picture of the entire cloth that would show the white on white detail. This photo was the best and it isn't great - so I did a bit of a close up also at the bottom so you could see the work on this.

It is cotton and has an applied braid(s) in a great wheat design.

Measures approx 24 x 28 inches. It is in very good condition as it has one tiny hole - shown in photo - that could be very easily patched/repaired from the back so you wouldn't see it.

My Rating Scale: Hope this helps you understand my rating scale. It is based on the condition of the item and I always try to descirbe anything I see that could effect your decision as well as rate it. And as always if you have questions please feel free to ask!

*Excellent/like new condition rating ranges from never used to used but well taken care of so that there is little to nothing wrong with the piece. *Very good condition rating means that there may be tiny things wrong, but they are small, not easily noticed, etc... *Good condition rating means there are things wrong with the item but it is still usable and/or repairable. *Fair condition and Poor condition - both of these I generally only use for items that I am selling for crafters who will either repurpose the items or use them for something crafty/creative. Fair condition items could posibly be repaired, resilvered, etc... and poor condition is below that. Combined Ratings - ie. very good/good condition - are for items that are right on the cusp and I just can't make up my mind which way to rate them.

Shipping: Yes! I do combine shipping on multiple items from my auctions - just let me know that you are waiting for my other auctions to close so I know to send you a combined invoice at the end.

I ship within 2 business days on receipt of your payment - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. So if a payment is rec'd for an item on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - the item will be shipped on Monday (unless of course that Monday happens to be a holiday & the post office is closed - then it is shipped the next day the post office is open).

I generally only ship by USPS, however if you would prefer your item be sent by UPS, I will be happy to do so. Just let me know when you win your auction and I will send you a corrected invoice with UPS shipping rather than USPS. 

I strongly recommend insuring your packages and am not responsible for items lost by the USPS or UPS. *** NOTE: I am now REQUIRING insurance on all items that have a value over $100.00 or items that are shipped internationally.

Handling Fees: Generally my handling fee is $3.00 for all items. That covers bubble wrap, packing p-nuts, bubble envelopes, boxes, etc... There are some exceptions - for instance  occasionally when I am having a sale or in general for linens I will charge less. On some larger items the handling fee may be as much as $5.00 because I will have to purchase a special box &/or packing materials to ship it, but that is rare.  

Payments: Payment for your item is expected within 7 days of the close of the auction unless you have made other arrangements with me ahead of time. If I don't get a payment within that time, I will report the item as unpaid to ebay. I really hate to do that so if there is a problem just let me know ahead of time & I will work with you.

Returns/Refunds: I generally do not accept returns, nor do I refund your money. If you have questions about any item, or want additional photos before you make a bid, etc... please contact me BEFORE THE END OF THE AUCTION and I will do my best to answer your questions and supply additional photos.
