- All postage charges will be advised differently due to
different weight of items purchased

working day once payment is received.

3. Returns Policy
- Tech_store73 has a strict no-returns policy regarding unwanted items.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 30 days of the item being sent out.
- Customers must send faulty items back to Tech_Store73 for testing.
- If the item is faulty, Tech_Store73 will send a
replacement by Registered Post and fully reimburse the customer for the cost of
posting the item back to us. We will offer a refund for the item only when it is
faulty and we do not have a replacement in-stock.
- If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back (at our
expense) to the customer and no reimbursement will be made for either the item
or initial and return postage & handling fees
- Tech_Store73 records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items
that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while
in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back. Any faulty item claims
will be voided if the item is returned in anything less than its original
condition and no reimbursement will be made.
- Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage (initial
or return) will only be considered if the item was sent via registered post.
