All samples, pictures, loops, videos, notation etc. in the beta section is    
property of FORMWANDLER and may only be used commercially after               
written authorization.

1.2 
After payment and receipt of a password the user is allowed to use the 
content freely.

1.3 
The misuse of passwords, especially passing on passwords to thirds, 
leads to instant delete of the users account.

1.4
It is forbidden to offer material gained on our website for download on 
other websites (see 1.1.). This action will be regarded as thievery and 
will lead to civil prosecution.

1.5 
We reserve to change prices, especially prices on orders.

1.6 
Contracts on shipping will only be accomplished through our written 
acknowledgement of the appointment or the acceptance of delivery by 
the customer.

Every agreement of the contracting parties must be in written form.

Payment

our conditions, apply to all downloadable software.

Terms of use of customer data

We have the right to manage all customer data according to federal

Our customers agree to statistical usage of the user`s activities on our

For security reasons, the customer`s IP address, delivered by his 
internet provider, will be saved for the legal prosecution of a customers 
illegal actions

User`s responsibilities

The user is responsible for integrity and correctness of his personal 
data saved for FORMWANDLER. If the personal data changes (change 
of name or address) it must be updated by the user. The user can to 
this by using certain tools on our website (personal account 
preferences)
