1. We offer combined shipping discounts.

2. Items will be shipped out in not more than 2 business days after payment is cleared.

3. Estimated delivery speed is generally about 3-4 up to 7-14 working days depends on the item location, other stated differently on description.

4. We are not liable for packages loss due to incomplete and invalid shipping address.

5. We always prefer to send out by Registered Mail, which can be track online at anytime in your convenience.

6. Make sure you leave accurate shipping address when you check out.

7. For insured item only, tracking number will be given to customer to check the shipping status online.

8. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Strictly no meet up for both conveniences.

10. All deliveries OVERSEAS are subject to delivery charges or otherwise stated on the description. Please confirm by email to us at heart.96@hotmail.com with your requirements and we will quote you accordingly, advising you of the shipping charge. Overseas customers are responsible for any relevant import duties and local taxes.

11.  Once the goods have left our premises, delivery becomes the responsibility of the Carrier or postal service used. We cannot be held responsible for late delayed or non-delivery of goods and will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.

PAYMENT

1. We accept payment by PAYPAL or bank transfer.
2. Payment must be made within 2 days after auction ended or order placed.
3. All PayPal payments will incur an additional charge of 3.5% due to merchant charges imposed on us by PayPal.
4. No sales tax is required. Custom taxes to be paid by customers (if any).
5. For unpaid items over 8 days, our system will automatically file an unpaid item dispute claim to EBAY.
6. If you do not agree to our terms, please do not bid.
7. If you bid on our item, you have agreed to our terms.
8. Unpaid buyer will be reported to EBAY and may receive negative feedback.

RETURNS
