DHZ- 100 pcs chinese coins from Song Dynasty Shipwreck

A lot of 100 pieces coins salvaged from a Song Dynasty shipwreck

This lot of 100 pieces interesting coins are salvaged from a 

Song Dynasty (AD1127-1279) shipwreck.

The shipwreck is discovered under the deep water of South China Sea.

The latest coin found in this hoard is Shao Xing Yuan Bao (AD1131-62)

 This evidence suggested that the ship was sunk during early era

 of Southern Song Dynasty.

Average 24mm / 4g, large official issues, mostly un-circulated.

A good reference for those who study

 the ancient maritime archaeology of Chinese history.

Imagining that these coins have been traveled for 3000 km

and finally rest on the seabed for more than 800 years!
