Local Orders:

• Local Postage (Normal SingPost) is S$1.00.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

• Subject to terms and conditions, we will replace or alter any product that is found to be defective or different from the actual order at the point of purchase (payment).

• Buyers who wish to replace or alter their products must contact us at Fabrique_Factory@hotmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of item, or the warranty will be null and void.

• The returned product must be received by us within 10 working days of acceptance of notification, or the warranty may be held to be invalid.

• Alterations or replacements will be arranged depending on stock availability.

• Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us, while we will bear the charges of returning the product.
